PERA sends multiple mailings during the year that are mailed to the address on PERA records. It is important to notify us of any name or address changes.
If you or your beneficiary have a change of name or address, you can update your information by:
Logging into your myPERA account and completing the required fields
Completing the Change Form and sending it to PERA
Contacting the Member Service Center at 651-296-7460 or 1-800-652-9026
If you are a benefit recipient who receives a paper check each month, you will need to submit name and address changes in writing. The Payment Recipient Address Change Request Form can be completed and mailed to our St Paul office.
