Superior Street Reconstruction will impact PERA’s Duluth office

If you are planning to visit PERA’s Duluth office, the closure of Superior Street extends from 7th Avenue West to just before the intersection of 3rd Avenue West.

Additionally, MNDOT is working on portions of Mesaba Avenue that may affect your driving route.

The 4th Avenue West AutoPark ramp will be open, and PERA will validate your parking at this ramp. The ramp entry at the intersection of Michigan Street/4th Ave W is one block east of the Duluth Depot and Public Library.  Bring your orange parking ramp ticket to your appointment. Some sidewalk sections will be closed on Superior Street, but there is walk-in entry with elevator access to the building through the Medical Arts Garage on Michigan Street.
